Spent Xmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden and friendly staff. the breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty food, ranging from Asian to Western cuisines. the free shuttle service was a great help for getting around town. the Bali style garden and the outdoor swimming pool were a wonderful and peaceful escape from the city buzz.
The hotel is located far from the center of the city, which was a bit of a downside for us. the bar only offered Taiwan beer and no other alcoholic beverages.

The hotel is conveniently located near the industrial area and some commercial districts with restaurants and shops. It's also not too far from the airport or high speed railway station, making it easy to reach for domestic travelers. the rooms are nicely equipped with modern amenities such as flat panel TV and free wired internet access. the breakfast lounge offers a great selection of dishes to start the day off right.
The hotel staff could have been more attentive and helpful to guests' needs.

Beautiful Garden and Good Buffet
The hotel had a really beautiful garden that was well-maintained, one of the best I've seen. The breakfast also had a good buffet with a wide range of dishes. It was also located near several shops and restaurants.
The service was not good, staff seemed uninterested in helping or even acknowledging guests. The facilities were also quite old and poorly kept, particularly the bathrooms which were not very clean.

Stayed at this luxurious hotel and my expectations were exceeded. the exclusive amenities fulfilled my needs completely. the swimming pool was large and the sun loungers were comfortable. the garden area was beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful oasis away from the busyness of the city. the facility was equipped with beach umbrellas that were perfect for a hot summer day. the advantages of staying in the rooms were endless, from the comfortable and soft bedding to the pristine and private facilities.
There was only one minor issue, the location was slightly off the path from the city. Though it was only 10 minutes away from fast food restaurants and shops, it could be a disadvantage for some.
